JB Hi-Fi Gympie is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales excellence. You will stay on the shop floor to remain in close contact with customers and team members, guiding day-to-day operations and setting a positive tone from day one.

You will coach and develop the team, ensuring solid customer service, merchandising standards, and achievement of sales budgets, while leveraging JB Hi-Fi processes and incentives where applicable.
