Job Description

Glencore Australia seeks an experienced Compliance and Assurance Coordinator (18 months fixed term) to join the Health and Safety team at Rolleston Open Cut. You will coordinate audits, verify investigations, and analyse safety data to support continuous improvement.

Key duties include risk assessments, bowtie analyses, and education of workers on the Rolleston Safety and Health Management System. A robust safety mindset and confidentiality are essential.
