Duckies started with a simple problem: two Gold Coast parents couldn't find a shoe they liked for their daughter's first steps in 2021, so they made one themselves. It's since grown into a brand trusted by 100,000+ parents, known for machine-washable, podiatrist-approved shoes that survives a muddy park trip and comes out of the wash looking recent.

You'd be the one turning that story into content. They’re growing fast and looking for a Creative Strategist to own the brand's story across every channel.

What you'll love

- Reporting straight to the founder, with full ownership of the creative engine
- A hands‑on mix of strategy and production, you're making things as well as directing them
- Working on a brand with a loyal, growing customer base, now expanding into Europe

What you’ll own

- Ad creative. Concept and produce hooks, scripts and static ads, through to filming and final edit, using what's working to shape what comes next




- Organic social. Schedule and manage the brand's channels day to day, keeping a steady, well‑organised flow of content
- UGC program. Source and manage a monthly roster of creators, from briefing through to final delivery
- Creative briefing. Brief external partners including UGC creators and the graphic designer
- Content shoots. Plan and run shoots end to end, from concept and run sheet through to the day itself

What you’ll bring

- 3+ years experience in content strategy or creative production
- Experience in sourcing, briefing and managing UGC creators
- Love for shooting, editing and designing content yourself as well as briefing people who do
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (a bonus)
