ElitePOS is growing, and we're looking for a motivated BDM to join our team!

ElitePOS is an Australian POS and payments solution built for cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs, takeaway businesses and hospitality venues.

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify hospitality businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, demonstrate the ElitePOS solution and convert prospects into customers.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Prospecting and generating new business
n
- Calling and contacting cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues
n
- Booking and conducting product demonstrations
n
- Building relationships with business owners and operators
n
- Understanding customer needs and presenting the right ElitePOS solution
n
- Managing leads through to conversion
n
- Following up prospects and maintaining your pipeline
n
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Confident and professional
n
- Highly motivated and sales-driven
n
- Comfortable with cold calling and business development
n
- Excellent at building relationships
n
- Able to communicate the value of a product clearly
n
- Organised and capable of managing their own pipeline
n
- Experienced in POS, payments, hospitality technology, SaaS or B2B sales (preferred, but not essential)
n
- Most importantly, you need to be hungry to win business and comfortable working in a rapid-growing technology environment.
