Wyloo

Western Australia

At Wyloo, we believe in a future that is truly sustainable – where technology unlocks new horizons and green energy preserves our planet for every generation to come. We are committed to enabling a safe supply of high-grade critical materials from extraction to processing, using the highest standards of environmental sustainability that make our operations the benchmark for mines of the future. Through our partnerships with local and First Nation communities, we ensure our success means progress for everyone. We have assets in Australia, mining projects in Canada, and a strong growth pipeline with exploration across both countries.

In Australia, Wyloo has a diverse portfolio of projects across Western Australia, supported by our head office in Perth. Our Cassini (Nickel) and Widgiemooltha Gold Projects (WGP) sit within the Widgiemooltha Dome, while our Northern Operations (Nickel) span much of the Kambalda Dome south of Kalgoorlie.

We also hold a major interest in the Yangibana Joint Venture (JV), one of Australia’s most advanced rare earths developments and a future globally significant source of Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr), located northeast of Carnarvon. In addition, Wyloo maintains a portfolio of exploration projects throughout the state of Western Australia and a strategic investment in Greatland, a leading precious and base metals explorer and developer.

Your opportunity at Wyloo

Our Accounts Payable Officer supports the effective and accurate operation of our accounts payable function across multiple entities within the Wyloo group. You’ll play an important role in ensuring invoices, payments and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time,

while building trusted relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

This role sits within a small, high-performing finance team supporting Australia and Canada with a requirement to work across both time zones when needed. We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work and looks for opportunities to strengthen and improve our processes over time.

Why this role matters

Accurate and timely accounts payable processing is essential to keeping Wyloo running smoothly. This role ensures invoices are processed correctly, suppliers are paid on time, and our teams can rely on clear, consistent financial processes.

Most importantly, the role strengthens how we work together by building trusted relationships and identifying practical ways to improve and streamline our processes as we grow.

What you’ll bring to Wyloo

You bring experience in an accounts payable or finance support role, with exposure to end-to-end invoice processing. You have a solid understanding of purchase orders, receipting, invoice matching, payment processing and supplier reconciliations, along with a working knowledge of GST requirements and relevant accounting principles.

You’re confident using ERP systems for finance transactions (SAP experience is highly regarded)

and are comfortable working with Excel and Outlook to manage reporting and communication.

You take real ownership of your work, value accuracy, are proactive in identifying discrepancies, resolving issues and improving processes. In a small team environment, you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, build trusted relationships with colleagues and suppliers and contribute to a collaborative working culture.

Why you’ll love working at Wyloo

Wyloo is a values-driven organisation committed to responsible development and building strong teams. We operate in a fast-moving and evolving environment, where people are trusted to take ownership, manage competing priorities and apply sound judgement as things develop.

We offer competitive remuneration, genuine flexibility, paid parental leave, wellbeing initiatives, career development opportunities and a range of employee benefits and support services to help you grow and support life outside of work.

We believe in the potential of every individual and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported and valued. Diverse perspectives make us stronger, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, women, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
