KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pack garments to a high standard to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Process returns/exchanges and refunds through the online portal
- Manage the customer service email by responding to customers
- Assist with recieving, unloading and organising physical inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory count with regular stock takes
- Learn and understand out QC processes




- Assist in creating and packing PR gifts to a high level of detail and presentation

- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly adaptable
- Ability to learn on the job
