Inspire the Next Generation of Fitness Professionals

We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessors to join our Learning Academy and deliver the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness. This is an exciting chance for an industry professional who enjoys sharing their knowledge, mentoring learners, and helping future fitness professionals achieve their career goals.

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will deliver engaging training, conduct assessments, support student success, and contribute to the continual improvement of our RTO programs

About the Role

Reporting to the RTO Training Manager, you will:

- Deliver engaging training in face-to-face, virtual, workplace-based, and blended learning environments.




- Facilitate practical fitness training activities.
- Assess student competency across practical and theoretical units.
- Provide timely and constructive learner feedback.
- Mentor and coach students to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor learner progress, engagement, and attendance.
- Maintain accurate and compliant student and assessment records.
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain industry currency and engage with fitness industry stakeholders.

About You

You are a motivated fitness professional who is passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality training outcomes.

Essential Requirements

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent as required by legislation).
- SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness or higher fitness qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working within the fitness industry.
- Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
- Current HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable

- SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness.
- Experience delivering accredited vocational education and training.
- Experience in online or blended learning delivery.
- Experience using Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.




- Experience supporting learners with diverse learning needs.

Compliance Requirements

- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Up-to-date COVID-19
- NDIS Check (including police clearance)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Completion of mandatory TLC training requirements
