Senior Growth Manager - Australia | Cross-Border Payments

A fast-growing cross-border payments provider is hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead its expansion across Australia. This is a build role: you'll own the sales strategy, the pipeline, and the relationships that get enterprise clients signed.

The company gives merchants local collections, virtual accounts, and cards across 70+ markets, without the need to set up local entities. Compliance, FX, and auth rates are handled so clients can focus on growth.

What you'll do

- Build and run the sales and BD strategy for the Australian market
- Win and manage relationships with enterprise clients, PSPs, banks, and fintech partners
- Bring your own network in Australia's payments and fintech scene and put it to work
- Run the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed contract - for complex, senior-stakeholder deals
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations to make sure what you sell gets delivered properly




- Report on pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity across Australia

What you'll bring

- 8+ years in Business Development, Growth, or Sales within fintech, payments, or cross-border financial services
- A solid track record in cross-border payments and/or fintech solutions
- Real knowledge of Australia's payments and financial services regulatory environment
- An existing network across Australian enterprises, PSPs, banks, fintechs, or regulators
- Comfort working autonomously - this isn't a role with a big team around you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or similar; MBA a plus
