We're looking for a Workforce Support Team Member to join our Workforce Planning team on a six-month contract. You'll help make sure our parks are staffed and ready to open each day, while gaining genuine exposure to workforce planning and business operations.

n

The Practical Stuff

n

n
- Availability: Sunday to Wednesday, with occasional Saturdays as required
n
- Typical shifts: 6:00am to 10:00am or 7:00am to 12:00pm
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Turning plans into perfect rosters! You'll be:

n

n
- Taking sick calls and arranging replacements
n
- Updating workforce systems, records, trackers and documents
n
- Checking training, skills and competency information
n
- Helping keep Workforce Planning organised and running smoothly
n
- Using technology, workflows and approved AI tools to work smarter
n

n

- Administration, customer service or call-handling experience
n
- Exposure to Modern Awards or Enterprise Agreements
n
- Experience with rostering, payroll or workforce systems such as UKG
