The role offers exposure to sophisticated technology, digital transformation, data, privacy, cyber and emerging technology matters, advising leading corporate, government and technology clients.

The Role

You will work across:

- Technology procurement, outsourcing and cloud arrangements
n
- Drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements
n
- Data, privacy and cyber risk matters
n
- Intellectual property and commercialisation
n
- Digital transformation, AI and emerging technologies
n
- Consumer law issues in digital environments
n

n

You will also have opportunities to mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' post-admission experience
n
- Strong technology, IP, commercial or related experience




n
- Experience in front-end advisory and transactional matters
n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
n
- Commercial and practical approach to legal advice
n
- Genuine interest in technology and emerging areas of law
n
