The Opportunity

n

Critical leadership position setting the strategy and taking ownership of ServiceNow outcomes across the enterprise. You'll be reporting into the Head of Technology with a dotted line into the CIO.

The Role

n

Combination of strategic management (60%) with a robust emphasis on stakeholder/vendor management and governance. Technical platform oversight (40%) driving excellence across ITSM, configuration management and SIAM frameworks.

What you'll be doing

n

- Define and drive the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap, establishing robust governance.
n




- Provide strategic direction to the existing ServiceNow delivery team to mature platform capability.
n
- Balance strategic management with technical oversight to optimize platform health, integrations and service performance.
n
- Manage key supplier relationships, oversee contract SLAs, and align cross-functional executive stakeholders.
n

Essential Experience

n

n
- ServiceNow platform ownership in an enterprise organisation.
n
- Strong ITSM module implementation experience with technical knowledge of CM & SIAM.
n
- Strong experience on the governance side.
n
