Oxford 152, part of ALH Hotels, is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor in a fast-paced pub in Bulimba. You will work with a team of assistant managers to share shifts, drive standards, and deliver top service across bar, dining, and gaming areas.
This hands-on role requires physical tasks, robust people skills, RSA/RSG, RMLV and approved licences. You’ll lead during busy periods, coach staff, and help create a great vibe for guests while upholding safety and compliance.
