- Lead the operational management, optimisation and continuous improvement of Local Land Services' Salesforce CRM platform
As the Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the ongoing administration, governance, support and enhancement of Local Land Services' Salesforce CRM platform and associated integrations, middlewear, workflows and business applications. The role is responsible for ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable and fit for purpose while supporting critical business operations across the organisation.
You will act as the product owner for the platform's operational lifecycle, coordinating support activities, managing releases and upgrades, overseeing vendor delivery and driving continuous improvement initiatives that deliver better services, stronger business outcomes and improved customer experiences.
About the team
Local Land Services (LLS) is a regionally focused NSW Government agency delivering services to landholders and communities across New South Wales. LLS supports agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management and emergency services.
The role sits within the Digital & Data Solutions team and is responsible for leading the ongoing support, administration and strategic development of Salesforce CRM and associated business systems across the organisation.
- Lead the operational management, governance and optimisation of the Salesforce CRM platform and associated integrations.
- Manage and mentor Systems Analysts responsible for CRM support, administration and continuous improvement activities.
- Oversee platform releases, upgrades and enhancements, ensuring changes are delivered safely and effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors and ICT teams to prioritise work and maximise business value.
- Lead incident management, problem resolution and service improvement, including the investigation and resolution of CRM synchronisation, integration and middleware errors, to maintain platform reliability and performance.
- Drive business process improvement, automation and system optimisation initiatives across the organisation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance and platform governance standards are maintained.
- Develop and manage the CRM roadmap, balancing operational priorities with strategic improvement opportunities.
To be successful in this role you'll need
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems, including Salesforce CRM Experience administering and monitoring middleware or integration platforms would also be highly regarded.
- Proven experience leading application support, release management and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Experience managing vendors, system enhancements and operational service delivery in a complex environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel
