Join Toowoomba Regional Council as anUndergraduate/Graduate Engineer and build your career while helpingdeliver engineering services that support communities across theregion. This four-year, full-time development opportunity gives youexposure to a range of Council branches, practical project work,supportive supervision and the chance to grow your skills in localgovernment engineering.

- A strong financial start: earn$80,078.24–$102,867.25 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leaveloading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

We are looking for graduates who:

- Have completed a recognised Bachelor Degree in Engineering(Civil/Environmental) in 2026, or expect to complete this byearly 2027.
- Can apply engineering principles, standards and concepts topractical problems, and are interested in preparing technicalreports and designs.
- Bring analytical and research skills, good organisation andtime management, and the ability to communicate clearly with adiverse range of people.
- Hold a current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and have a WHSCompetency (White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safelyin the construction industry, or equivalent, or are willing toobtain this prior to commencement.
- No experience required: this role isdesigned to help you move from study into practice, so we valueyour potential, attitude, teamwork, customer service focus andwillingness to learn.
