About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll lead from the front, motivate your team, and ensure the pub runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with compliance standards. You will be hands on and work a combination of Days, Nights and Weekends in line with Venue Requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
Oversee all aspects of venue operations in our Deli, Bar and food service.
n
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
n
Manage rosters, labour costs, and stock control
n
Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and local engagement
n
Ensure compliance with licensing, RSA,
and all applicable regulations
n
Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
n
About You
n
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager in a pub or similar setting
n
Solid leadership and team development skills
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
A passion for hospitality and community engagement
