This leading, busy full service law firm with an impressive commercial/corporate team boasts impressive high-end general commercial work. This is a new role directly under a down to earth and highly respected partner in a solid team. Excellent mentoring on offer.

The law firm has continued to thrive and is attracting continued ongoing work of the highest calibre. Enjoy a friendly and professional environment and work on broad purchase and sale of businesses (from about $5m to $100m) and share sale transactions. Also enjoy commercial contracts such as supply and service agreements, partnership/shareholder/unitholder agreements, and franchising work.



The team advises on the Corporations Act and Competition Act.

Work may also include purchase and sale of high-end commercial property - including some banking/mortgage and stamp duty advice, as well as retail and commercial leasing.

The firm is looking for an outgoing mid level or senior lawyer who can assist with and now or in the future be held out to clients as the front-person in deals and commercial contract negotiations. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team around you. The firm is happy to consider lawyers from boutique or mid-tier environments. Lawyers relocating or returning to Melbourne are also encouraged to apply.
