Your opportunity: Provide behaviour support and promote student well-being using the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework and Trauma-Informed Practices (TIPs).

Experience:

n

Collaborating with students, staff and families in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans.

n

Applying PBL and TIPs to support student engagement, wellbeing and positive behaviour across the school.

n

Provide emotional regulation and de-escalation strategies.

n

Collaborating with staff, families, and external agencies.

n

Supporting academic engagement and focus.

n

Help students thrive by fostering positive behaviours, emotional regulation and academic success in a supportive and inclusive environment.

n

Responsibilities:

n

Identify barriers to student engagement and connect students with support services. Support students to achieve positive learning outcomes and remain engaged in education.

n

Build relationships with students,



families, school staff and community services. Monitor attendance and implement early intervention strategies.

n

Conduct home visits and provide practical support where required.

n

Maintain accurate records of student contact and support.

n

Develop programs supporting social and emotional wellbeing.

n

Assist students experiencing difficulties at school or home.

n
