Perth | Client Site Visits | 40 Hours Paid Training Every Year!

This is a well-established Perth MSP supporting a broad mix of managed and on-demand clients.
n
You'll join an experienced technical team, working across Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure while getting exposure to troubleshooting, proactive maintenance and project work.
n
The role will involve some client site visits mainly across the Perth metro area. WFH flexibility is available when needed, but this isn't a regular hybrid arrangement.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Providing Level 2.5 technical support across multiple client environments
n
- Troubleshooting desktop, server, network and cybersecurity issues
n
- Handling incidents, service requests, change requests and installations
n
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
n
- Monitoring and maintaining client systems
n
- Troubleshooting recurring technical problems and identifying root causes
n
