Novo Education is seeking a senior educator to lead the Wollongong campus in partnership with the Head of Campus. You will oversee teaching quality, the NovoWay pedagogy, ASDAN delivery, and personalised learning aligned to each student’s needs.
You will coach the teaching team, model reflective practice, and step into campus leadership in the Head of Campus’s absence, while supporting recruitment and wellbeing initiatives.
