About the Role

n

As an Activation Manager you'll drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance-focused media campaigns across programmatic and paid social activities, ensuring solid integration with other digital and offline channels. You'll play a key role in client engagement, mentor and manage a team, and deliver innovative, data-led media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead programmatic and paid social strategy and campaign management, integrating insights from other digital channels.
n
- Develop data-led, ROI-focused recommendations aligned with client objectives and growth targets.
n
- Build and maintain strong and productive partnerships with key media and technology partners to enhance performance capabilities.
n
- Foster trusted client relationships, ensuring clear communication, accurate and timely campaign delivery and reporting, and campaign success.
n
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation and best practices.
n
- Oversee quality control and performance tracking from campaign set-up through to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
n
- Support team development through coaching, training and regular, constructive feedback, along with exposure to ongoing learning initiatives.

- Proven experience in programmatic and social media platforms (CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise for measurable outcomes.

- A strategic thinker with a passion for solving client performance challenges.

- Confident communication,
