About the role:
As a COPE Driver, you’ll work in a varied, hands‑on role that includes:
- Sorting and loading your vehicle
- Completing deliveries and pickups across Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Ensuring correct packing and load restraint in our specialised trucks
- Handling and delivering high‑value freight, including medical, retail, print and IT equipment
- Working independently as a one‑out driver or as part of a team
What you will bring to this role:
- Strong geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
- Current MR, HR or HC licence (opportunities available across multiple licence classes)
- A strong commitment to safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
- Experience in transport,
removals or sensitive freight is helpful
- Forklift, white card or working‑at‑heights licences are desired but not essential
- Self‑motivation, reliability and good physical fitness
- Sound judgement and a professional approach to customer service
