About the chance

An opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join the business on a 6-month assignment supporting a key project. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will take ownership of Quality deliverables across the project, including physical verification, preparation and execution of qualification protocols, documentation, reporting and project tracking. This would suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can confidently manage their own deliverables and has strong practical experience across qualification and validation activities.

Duties

- Complete physical verification of project deliverables against requirements
- Prepare and execute IQ, OQ and PQ protocols




- Support qualification and validation activities across the project
- Collect, review and document project data
- Maintain the project and track key milestones
- Provide regular Quality updates to project stakeholders
- Monitor deliverables against agreed timelines
- Identify and escalat
- Ensure Quality documentation is accurate, compliant and completed on time

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working within a Pharmaceutical Quality Management System
- Good knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements
- Hands‑on experience preparing and executing IQ, OQ and PQ protocols
- Strong Quality documentation and report‑writing skills
- Confident managing project timelines and competing priorities
- Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
