Job Description

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).

n

Tag and label merchandise.

n

Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

n

Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.

n

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).

n

Track Order queues with Logistics Co-ordinator.

n

Monitor, Manage and report on accuracy of orders processed.

n

Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

n

Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.

n

Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors when necessary.

n

Report any discrepancies.

n

Provides quality service by following organisation standards.

n





Completes reports by entering required information.

n

Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift).

n

Adhering to and practicing health and safety standards including wearing appropriate PPE.

n

Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work setting.

n

Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat in line with set rosters.

n

Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

n

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.

n

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
