We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic Production Workers for ongoing casual roles. With over 200 workers structured into 22 specialised teams, and an operational roster over 24 hours, there is a role to suit anyone.

The Opportunities

Requirements

n

Pastry Team | Yeast Team

n

Weigh/scale ingredients; mix doughs; laminate/sheet pastry; prepare pasties; monitor yeast/fermentation and dough temps; set up and change over lines.

n

Wrapping Team

n

Load and pack wrapped baked goods for distribution.

n

Meat Processing Team

n

Dice & mince meats; complete production records.

n

Afternoon Packing Team

n

Carefully packing and handling baked goods while maintaining accuracy, efficiency,



and product presentation for our customers.

n

Hours of Work

n

Based on the role type and given we're a 24/7 production environment, start and finish times will vary. As a general guide, our shifts typically fall into the following groupings and are usually for 7.6hrs per shift.

- Mornings - starts between 2am-9:30am
n
- Afternoons - starts between 1pm-5pm
n
- Nights - starts between 7:30pm-1am
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Reliable and available for full-time hours
n
- Physically fit for manual handling and working on your feet
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production workplace
n
- Strong attention to detail, especially with food quality and safety
n
- Positive team spirit and willingness to learn
n
- Previous experience in bakery, food manufacturing, meat processing, or commercial kitchens is highly regarded, but not essential (we'll provide training)
n
