We're seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator - Operations to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Quality Partners within our manufacturing setting at Chullora.

n

This is a hands‐on true leadership role where you'll work closely with Operations to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement are embedded into everyday production.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quality Partners supporting daily production activities
n
- Oversee routine quality checks, line inspections, environmental monitoring and product testing
n
- Take an education approach towards ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, sanitation standards and food safety programs
n
- Lead and support investigations into non‐conformances, quality incidents, and customer complaints using structured root cause analysis
n
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness
n
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning, Laboratory, NPD and R&D; teams. to provide technical product leadership and expertise.
n
- Support customer visits and participate in regulatory, customer, and third‐party audits.
n
- Translate quality metrics into meaningful operational and business insights
n
- Support new product launches, process changes,



validations and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Promote and reinforce a strong food safety culture across the site through coaching and consistent standards
n

About You

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing quality role, with leadership or coordination exposure
n
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, VACCP/TACCP, GMPs, food regulations and customer standards
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence, coach and collaborate across teams
n
- Highly organised, detail‐oriented and comfortable prioritising in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Passionate about continuous improvement, problem‐solving and safeguarding consumer safety
n
