Job Description

Our client based in Northampton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm. (Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role).

As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Your duties will include :-

Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing

- Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
n
- Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
n
- You will prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
n
- You will handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
n
- Provide a consistent high level of customer service to clients
n
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
n

Salary depending on experience from £60,000 - £75,000, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
