MercyCare is seeking a dedicated youth-care professional in Western Australia to create a safe, welcoming home for young people using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches. You will walk alongside youths to help them build confidence, independence and practical life skills.
The role supports versatile shifts (7am–5:30pm, 5:15pm–11pm or sleep shift 11pm–7am) across weekdays and weekends, with a focus on compassionate care and community values.
