Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. This role is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional who combines strong leadership skills with extensive SAP knowledge and high reach forklift experience.

You will play a key role in ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently, inventory accuracy is maintained, and safety standards are upheld while supporting and guiding a dedicated warehouse team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service targets.
n
- Operate high reach forklifts for stock putaways, replenishment, order picking, and stock movements.
n
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations, and inventory reconciliation activities.
n
- Process goods receipts, inventory transactions, and stock movements accurately using SAP.
n
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, dispatch, and truck loading/unloading.
n
- Allocate daily tasks and provide support to warehouse team members to meet operational requirements.
n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment in line with workplace health and safety standards.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, inventory control, and operational performance.

Skills & Experience

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence with proven high reach forklift operating experience.
n




- Strong SAP experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution workplace.
n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Leader, Warehouse Coordinator, Senior Storeperson, Team Leader, or similar position.
n
- Sound understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes.
n
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
n
- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.
n
