About the role EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rhodes, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and qualified manner
n
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers to address their inquiries and concerns
n
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
n
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
n
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
n

What we're looking for
n

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the call center and customer service industry
n
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
n
- A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience is required
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
n
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
n
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
n
- Training will be provided on CRM systems and relevant software platforms
n
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
n
