MinRes is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join the Wodgina Lithium operation on an 8D6X 7N7X roster flying from Perth.
Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe, efficient production and relentlessly pursue process improvements to hit targets.
The role demands solid fixed‑plant mineral processing experience (spodumene flotation desirable), proven leadership, and a current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
