Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation | Sydney

A well-regarded Sydney disputes team is looking to add a Senior Associate (circa 4-8 PQE) to handle high-value commercial litigation and grow towards counsel.

About the role

n

You'll run substantial commercial disputes largely on your own carriage, working closely with partners on strategy for the firm's biggest matters. Expect genuine variety: contractual and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, skilled negligence, insolvency-related litigation, and exposure to class actions, for a client base of ASX-listed companies, financial institutions and government bodies.

What you'll bring

n

Circa 4-8 years' PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution, gained at a top-tier,



national or well-regarded boutique firm. Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills, sound commercial judgment, and the confidence to manage matters and junior team members with real autonomy. Federal Court and/or Supreme Court experience is highly regarded.
