Lighthouse Foundation is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist – Eastern Homes to provide clinical leadership across two Melbourne eastern homes, supporting a therapeutic model of care for children and young people.

You will manage a small caseload, conduct assessments and care planning, and facilitate reflective practice for Therapeutic Carers and staff, collaborating with families, carers and external services to promote safety, healing and progression toward goals.
