Job Description

Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to lead aged care nursing and clinical practice in Braidwood. This permanent full time role focuses on expert care, infection prevention, and mentoring of staff within residential aged care settings.

You will provide advanced practice, lead IPC initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while upholding NSW Health standards and quality improvement.
