WILGA GROUP is looking for an experiencedQualified Landscaperto join our growing team, delivering high-end residential landscapes across some of Melbourne's premier suburbs.

Our projects are predominantly located throughoutToorak, South Yarra, Hawthorn, Brighton and surrounding inner-Melbourne areas, working on architecturally designed homes and detailed landscape projects where quality and craftsmanship matter.

n

We are looking for someone whoknows their trade, takes pride in their workmanship and understands the level of finish expected on premium residential projects.

The Role

n

You'll work across a variety of high-end landscape construction projects, including:

n

n
- Hard and soft landscape construction
n
- Detailed paving and stonework
n
- Concrete preparation and construction
n
- Retaining walls
n
- Timber construction and decking
n
- Garden edging and steelwork
n
- Drainage and irrigation
n
- Soil preparation and planting
n
- Turf installation
n
- Landscape lighting preparation
n
- Excavation and site preparation
n
- Reading and working from landscape and construction plans
n
- Setting out and levels
n
- Detailed finishing works
n

Our projects vary in size and complexity, providing the chance to work acrosscomplete landscape builds as well as highly detailed architectural landscape elements.

Who We're Looking For

n

We want a landscaper who is:

n

n
- Qualified in Landscape Construction or an equivalent trade
n
- Experienced in high-quality residential landscape construction
n
- Confident reading plans, setting out and working to levels
n
- Experienced across both hard and soft landscaping
n
- Particular about detail, accuracy and finish
n
- Able to problem-solve and think ahead on site
n
- Reliable, punctual and professional
n
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
n




- Respectful when working around clients, builders, architects and other trades
n
- Physically fit and willing to get involved in all aspects of the build
n
- Someone who genuinely takes pride in their trade
n

n

ACertificate III in Landscape Constructionor equivalent qualification is highly regarded.

n

A current driver's licence is required. Machine tickets and experience operating excavators, skid steers and other landscape machinery will also be highly regarded.
