This is a genuine L3 Projects role — delivering Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects for enterprise customers rather than being stuck in BAU support. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure and on-prem infrastructure, while acting as a senior technical escalation point.

The Role
n
You'll deliver multiple projects across enterprise customer environments, working closely with customers and technical teams.
n
n
- Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant improvements
n
- Intune and endpoint management
n
- Exchange Online migrations
n
- Active Directory → Entra ID migrations
n
- SharePoint and file server migrations
n
- Azure and hybrid infrastructure
n
- Windows Server and Domain Controller upgrades
n
- Microsoft security and Defender solutions
n
- Network, firewall and infrastructure projects
n
- L3 technical escalations
n
- Technical design, implementation and documentation
n

What we're looking for
n
We're looking for an experienced MSP L3 Engineer who enjoys project delivery and wants to work across a broad Microsoft environment.
n
n
- Recent MSP experience – ESSENTIAL
n
- Australian Citizen or PR – ESSENTIAL
n
- L3 experience – ESSENTIAL
n
- Project delivery experience – ESSENTIAL
n
- Hands‐on Microsoft 365 implementation and migration experience
n
- Strong Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory knowledge
n
- On‐prem and cloud infrastructure experience
n
- Solid networking fundamentals
n
- Solid communication and customer‐facing skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
n
n
Azure experience is highly regarded, but this is not an Azure‐only role.
n
