You will lead education and development initiatives for Health Practitioners, Health Workers, Hospital Liaison Officers, trainees and students, while championing culturally safe practice and workforce excellence. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will support continuous learning, strengthen workforce capability and contribute to improved health outcomes across Torres and Cape.**Why you'll love this role**This is more than an education position.
