Pacific National is seeking a Terminal Supervisor for the Sydney Freight Terminal in Chullora NSW. You will lead a busy freight terminal’s day-to-day operations, ensuring trains run safely, on time and with high productivity. The role requires visible safety leadership, coaching, and collaboration with planning and control teams.
You will contribute to a 24/7 operation with rotating days, nights and weekends, and build solid relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
