Service Stream is recruiting an Estate Upkeep (EU) Supervisor to lead the EU function across the Defence Base at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct, NT. You will manage in-house staff and external contractors, maintain estate standards, and ensure SLA compliance while upholding safety and environmental regulations.
You must have supervisory experience in estate upkeep or facilities management, knowledge of permits-to-work, solid communication skills, and the ability to operate CMMS software.
