Downer in Dalby, QLD is seeking a Spray Seal Foreman to lead our Spray Seal crews on site, coordinate daily activities, and ensure secure, high-quality delivery of road construction projects. You will work with Supervisors, Project Teams and operational crews to drive safety, productivity and engagement.
This role requires 2+ years in civil road construction, spray seal, or profiling, a White Card, and strong leadership with a safety focus. Regional relocation is part of the opportunity.
