Australian Financial Complaints Authority is seeking a Banking Industry Lead to shape Australia's response to scams and to drive AFCA's Scams EDR Programme. The role focuses on banking systems, regulatory frameworks and stakeholder collaboration to improve consumer protections.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive banking/financial services experience, deep knowledge of the SPF and AML/CTF obligations, and a proven ability to translate complex issues into practical outcomes.
