Agflite is looking for a reliable, hardworking Ground Crew member to join our aerial agricultural operation.
The Job
- Support aircraft and pilots with loading, refuelling and general ground operations
- Handle agricultural chemicals and equipment
- Maintain aircraft, vehicles and equipment
- General yard and operational duties
- Work weekends and occasional long hours during busy periods
- Ability and willingness to obtain a truck licence
- Reliable, practical and safety-focused
- Willing to work hard and get the job done
Experience in agriculture, machinery or aviation is an advantage but not essential — we will train the right person.
Career progression into other roles possible for the right applicant.
