Assistant Stock Controller in a Toyota Dealership - Part Time

We are looking for the right person to join our team on a part time basis. Someone who is a team player and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in and is willing to have a go at a variety of jobs.

n

Primarily assisting our Dealership Stock Controller in their every day work, but also helping out in other Departments when required.

n

Tasks & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

n

Vic Roads administration (including registering recent vehicles)

n

Dealership Stock Control support and back up

n

Relief and back up for Reception

n

Assisting our Fleet Department with administration work

n

Previous stock control experience in a Car Dealership environment is preferred

n

Knowledge of Vic Roads systems would be advantageous

n





Must be a team player and be willing to help others

n

Punctual, reliable and committed

n

Mature, confident and calm approach

n

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

n

Must be able to work unsupervised, meet deadlines and handle pressure

n

Mandatory Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours per week, starting and finishing times to be negotiated and confirmed with successful applicant.
