Townsville City Council is seeking a Crew Leader (Civil Delivery) to lead and coordinate civil construction and maintenance crews across multiple sites, ensuring safe, productive delivery and high standards. You will supervise daily activities, monitor programs, and support staff development within the Asphalt Paver crew.
Reporting to the Team Leader Construction, you will contribute to road maintenance and capital works, applying WHS, QA, and compliance requirements.
