Key Responsibilities: Content and Media Strategy- Planning and executionn
n
- IMC Execution: Direct integrated campaigns across TV, OLV, OOH, Meta, Tiktok,PR and Shopper touchpoints, driving continuous content optimisation.
n
- Social first: Modern marketing capabilities, intercepting consumers along the journey across moments that matter and delighting with seamless brand experience
n
- Search & Digital Integration: Orchestrate holistic search (Social, AEO) and digital marketing strategies across all social channels to capture consumer intent.
n
- Performance & Insights: Track ROI, KPIs, SEO, and market intelligence to optimise campaign performance and capitalise on growth trends.
n
Agency & Stakeholder Managementn n
- Agency Leadership: Manage creative, media, and influencer agencies on briefs, talent alignment, budgets, and asset delivery.
n
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across Brand, Innovation, Digital, Professional Relations, and Retail teams to deliver unified campaigns.
n
- Divisional Relationship:
Align local Content, Media and strategic hub requirements with broader corporate strategy- driving alignment with APAC leadership
n
- Strategic Vision: Drive the 'Future Fit' transformation for SOPAC, evolving the IBE setup into a world-class center of excellence.
n
- Team Architecture: Lead the scaling and structure of the IBE team, defining roles and capabilities to meet future consumer and technological shifts.
n
Financial & Scope Governancen n
- Scope Management: Draft and negotiate head-hour and production scopes of work with Brand Managers and agency partners.
n
- Financial Oversight: Manage the advertising budget together with category heads, controlling agency fees, production costs, and contingency funds.
n
- Timeline Control: Enforce strict schedules to ensure on-time execution of all IMC campaigns.
n
Capability buildingn n
- Trend & Mindset Leadership: Upskill on industry trends and cascade insights to cultivate a social-centric, future-first team culture.
n
- Talent Development: Mentor team members to build core competencies and advance their professional growth.
n
- Broad-Scale Training: Upskill the wider Marketing organisation through Digital Days, workshops, and capability training programs.
n
Qualifications & Preferred Skillsn n
- Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, content and media strategy,
agency management (experience within a matrixed corporate structure preferred).
n
- Content Framework Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing influencer programs, native social hooks, search optimisation, and modern full-funnel content ecosystems (including an understanding of social commerce).
n
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Robust track record in agency negotiation, head-hour scope building, production budgeting, and agency roster governance.
n
- Stakeholder Leadership: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align external agency partners.
n
