Senior HR Business Partner

Global Business | Australia & New Zealand Portfolio | Immediate Start| CBD/ Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a global organisation for an initial 3-month assignment.

Supporting a diverse Australia and New Zealand predominately portfolio,this is a hands‑on senior HR role where you will partner with leaders across a variety of business units.

This will suit an experienced HRBP who can quickly understand a business, build credibility with stakeholders and confidently provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.

The Role

Working as part of an established HR team, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio and provide end‑to‑end HR support across multiple business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with leaders and managers across Australia and New Zealand
- Providing advice across employee relations, grievances and general HR matters
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Providing guidance on change and organisational activities
- Identifying people risks and providing practical, commercially appropriate solutions
- Supporting workers compensation matters
- Reviewing payroll changes and assisting with payroll-related queries
- Working within established global HR frameworks and SuccessFactors

About You





You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with strong generalist capability and the confidence to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Strong end-to-end HR generalist and business partnering experience
- Experience working within a global, matrix or complex multi-business environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience managing ER matters, grievances and organisational change
- Solid judgement with the ability to identify and manage employment risk
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or distribution highly regarded
- SuccessFactors experience advantageous

You will be pragmatic, commercially minded and confident making decisions, with the ability to build trust quickly and provide sensible, practical HR advice.
