Hinen Australia is looking for a reliable and proactive Forklift Operator & Operations Assistant to join our team in Western Sydney.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with day-to-day operational support for our Operations Manager.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Safely load, unload and move pallets using a forklift
n
- Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing orders
n
- Pick, pack and check orders accurately
n
- Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks
n
- Assist with inventory records, delivery coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks
n
- Help manage stocktakes and maintain accurate warehouse records
n
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures
n
- Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly
n

What We're Looking For:

- A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
n




- Previous forklift and warehouse experience
n
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
- A proactive and flexible approach to different tasks
n
- A solid commitment to workplace safety
n
- Valid Australian working rights
n
