About You
n
n
- You have a strong employment background with payroll remediation experience
n
- You are experienced in industrial relations law
n
- You have the ability to provide support on a new payroll platform. This will involve reviewing and drafting business requirements and designing and/or implementing a payroll remediation program that is comprehensive, transparent and ensuring it meets all relevant IR and employment law obligations
n
- You have the ability to work with an existing IR team to identify gaps in the current system build, develop compliant business requirements documentation and support the end-to-end remediation of the payroll platform
n
- You have experience ensuring compliance with all legislation governing wage payments
n
- You have experience analysing and interpreting Enterprise Agreements
n
- You have the ability to influence and simplify complex information in this area, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
n
- You have experience managing complex employment law matters in large organisations
n
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
n
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
n
- You have a current practising certificate
n
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
n
