We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expert with robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience experience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessments
- Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Assess BCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident response
- Evaluate integration with Enterprise Risk Management
- Perform gap assessments against ISO 22301 and relevant Australian risk and security frameworks
- Develop BCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templates
- Create an implementation roadmap
- Prepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

About You





- At least 5 years experience in BCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consulting
- Proven experience conducting maturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analyses
- Strong knowledge of BIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident response
- Experience with ISO 22301
- Understanding of risk management, governance and GRC
- Australian Government or highly regulated environment experience highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
- Open to work on a 3-month contract duration
