We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to lead forecasting, demand planning, procurement and end-to-end supply chain performance across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a pivotal role in an exciting period of transformation. Having recently established two new sites, we are now preparing to move into a brand-new purpose-built facility at Cavan in early 2027. You will have a genuine prospect to help design, build and embed the planning, forecasting and supply chain capabilities that will support our next phase of growth.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Production and our global supplier network, you will lead S&OP;, improve forecast accuracy,
strengthen inventory health, manage supplier performance and deliver measurable improvements in service, cost and working capital.

You will bring
n
Strong experience in supply chain leadership, demand planning, forecasting and S&OP;
n
Commercial procurement and supplier-management capability
n
A practical, data-driven approach to solving problems and improving processes
n
The confidence to influence stakeholders and lead a high-performing team
n
Experience in manufacturing, distribution or a technically driven environment
n
