BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Funding Consultant to join our Residential & Retirement Living team. You will monitor and optimise funding performance under the AN‑ACC funding model across BaptistCare’s residential aged care homes.

You will collaborate with Residential Managers, AN‑ACC Coordinators and the Funding Practice Lead, providing funding advice, trend analysis and support for compliance and system improvements.
